John Bellini III and Shane Nicaud grew up together – their fathers have been friends since attending De La Salle – so when Bellini approached Nicaud at a family party, they seemed like the perfect fit. Bell Foods is the result. Growing and gaining recognition in the last few months, they continue their successful venture into the post-Katrina Gulf Coast region. Shane Nicaud ran his father’s seafood company’s daily operations and sales for over 10 years. With over 15 years of foodservice experience Shane is uniquely prepared to understand customer’s needs and how to enhance the customers buying experience in this highly demanding field of business. Shane’s ability to understand market trends and how to penetrate new sales markets has played a pivotal role in the active growth of Bell Foods. Shane has fully implemented a new sales training program and product training guide to advance the salesman’s knowledge to be more effective in new business development. As the current Sales & Marketing Director for Bell Foods Shane plays an active role in the solicitation of new business and a creative role in the development of new marketing that has attributed to the success of Bell Foods. Shane is a happily married father of three children and has resides on the North Shore of the Lake.
